Trips are organised in the following categories:

1

Green trip suitable for all paddlers who have completed a capsize drill

1/2

Trip suitable for paddlers with 1 star and who have completed capsize with a spraydeck, working towards 2 star

2

Trip suitable for paddlers with 2 star (if you haven't got 2 star talk to a coach)

2/3

Trip suitable for paddlers with 2 star  with experience of the type of water and in a suitable boat. If in doubt, talk to a coach.

3

Trip for very experienced paddlers / 3 star or above in a boat designed for the water. Always contact organiser / talk to a coach before attending
