Trips are organised in three categories:

Green   is suitable for all paddlers who have completed capsize drill

Amber  is suitable for paddlers that are 2 Star and above (if you haven't got your 2 star talk to a coach to see if you will be able to cope with the trip)

Red      is suitable for 3 Star paddlers and above. (if you haven't got your 3 star talk to a coach to see if you will be able to cope with the trip)
