2012 Paddler Training and Development Sessions
Training at the ReservoirNormal Club paddling times at the reservoir are located here. With the exception of trips, training is usually carried out at these times

Foundation Safety and Rescue Training (FSRT)
Development courses are aimed at broadening paddlers skills an experience. Course dates and content are tbd at the moment

(e.g. Navigation, White Water Safety and Rescue) are arranged when there is sufficient demand - contact the level 2 coaches or the coaching coordinator.

This year's training and development programme is on similar lines to 2011. We are now privileged to have 31 active, volunteer coaches. SBDCC has long had the tradition of making free training available to members wherever we have suitable coaches. | |||
